Availability Check
When a deal is submitted by a customer via Drift, the Availability Check section on the Deals screen allows dealers to finalize deals by confirming vehicle availability.
In Availability Check, you can:
- View/Edit Deal
- Cancel Deal
This section ensures that deal fulfillment is accurately managed based on real-time vehicle availability.
Once you click on View/Edit Deal, you can either mark it as Available or Not Available. You can also click Edit Deal to make changes to the deal:
If Edit Deal is clicked, the system will take you back to the Draft Deal section.
If the deal is marked as Not Available, the deal will be canceled.
If the deal is marked as Available, you will be asked to select the Lenders to which you want to submit the application. Select the desired lenders and click Submit Application.
