Check supports the processing of both Credit Applications and Funding Applications. Users can review application details, validate supporting information, analyze AI-generated insights, and record credit or funding decisions.
Does Check provide AI-assisted decision support?
Yes. Ask Check AI is available within supported screens to provide AI-generated insights such as SWOT Analysis, Applicant Insights, Asset Insights, Credit Analysis Memo, Credit Analytics, and stipulation recommendations to assist analysts during the decision-making process.
Can users monitor their own performance?
Yes. The Performance Analytics module provides individual users with detailed metrics on productivity, decision quality, efficiency, trends, goal achievement, and other key performance indicators.
Can managers monitor team performance?
Yes. The Team Performance module provides comprehensive analytics for monitoring individual and team performance, including productivity, utilization, quality, planning, automation, benchmarking, and performance insights.
Can users view and download reports?
Yes. The Reporting Hub provides access to reports made available by administrators. Users can select a report, specify a time frame, view the report, and download it in CSV format.
Does Check maintain an audit trail for applications?
Yes. Every credit and funding application includes an Audit Trail that records application activities, user actions, status changes, and timestamps, providing complete traceability throughout the application lifecycle.
